The problem could be that you dont store the artfiles on the same hdd as mediaportal. Have you tried to move them to c:/drive?

The problem could be that you dont store the artfiles on the same hdd as mediaportal. Have you tried to move them to c:/drive?

Thanks!...that was the problem...shame you cant change the directory location for it...fanart takes up a lot of room on the c drive...Already my MP folder is over 2GB. I guess i will just have to try and see if mklink will work so i can move it to my other drive.

Also another question, How does Trailers plugin work in Avalanche? every time i click on trailer, i just brings me to online videos youtube with a list of videos(some of which on not even close to being trailers of the movie) and this is even when i have a local trailer stored in my movie folder.

I have tested mklink /D to relink folders, and it's working fine.
About Trailers, i have no problems. See screenshot how to make it to work. (the link in hiddenmenu has nothing to do with Trailers Plugin, it is a link to OnlineVideo search) Edit: I can add a link to Trailers Plugin i hiddenmenu if you want.

Ah - The modified Hidden Menue I mentioned is addressing something similiar (I understood thet you wre reffering to this)
