In Russian sourses I saw mainly positive feedback but nobody tested this tuner together with Mediaportal. Do somebody have information about compatibility with Mediaportal under W7-64?
I have it since October when it was first released.
I got bluescreens and no response from their support. A beta driver they gave me on February fixed some bluescreens but not all of them.
Don't buy it. It crashes your pc. Especially when zapping fast in Analog mode.
Tested with Vista x64 and Seven x64 and all MediaPortal releases since last October ....
I have an AverTV CaptureHD, it works with no problem under Mediaportal, also its remote is functioning with Mediaportal 100%, only an extra plugin needs....
Wow. That's awesome viktormadarasz! I'd love to upgrade from my HD-PVR to something with HDMI. What are you using as a source? Are you capturing at 1080p? And/or do you have any HDCP issues?

But on the drivers download page, there was an additional item called "TBS6281se V2 Change Mode Tool". There was zero documentation to accompany this. I downloaded it and ran it.
