Banner will not be loaded! (1 Viewer)

Hi Community!

Yesterday i have added a TV-Show to thetvdb.com -> Link! Import is working fine, but Banner and Episode Images will not be loaded! I don't know, why! Could you please help?

Im also seeing some failed downloads....I believe there is problem with the images mirror @ theTVDB.com. The problem has been reported in their forums, so hopefully fixed soon.

I'm having also some problems with epidode banners last time, but only the new one I uploaded 2 or 3 days ago.

Ok, that helped. Looks like MediaPortal (and XBMC, having the same problem) are looking for the domain images.thetvdb.com, but that third level domain no longer points to thetvdb.com. This is an easy fix, I'll post in the mod forum and see if the site admin can add the entry.

Update: Try going into your scrapper script and remove all references to "images.". It fixed the XBMC scrapper.

Update 2: It may be an issue with one of the mirror servers. Hopefully it will be sorted out soon.

We cant't change any scrabber scripts our self, or? So what to do now? Having this issue for a few days now.

I am having an issue with a banner for only a particular show not down loading.
Its the show XIII.
The show behaves almost normal. Fanart, mediainfo..the works.
But two odd things.
No Banner even thought I manually downloaded one and second, when you back out of the series and back to the series listing.
It jumps to the top of the screen away from the XIII series.
When I move back to it I can't get a Cycle Banner option but I can everywhere else.
I have added the log file.
I am not sur eif its the same problem as your referring to or not...but its annoying,.
