- Pixelview USB SBTVD FullSeg
- MP TV Server Configuration (SCAN)
- Don't have Brazil, i Used Tawain - All Regions <-<<<
- My reception is Air Terrestrial (Don't Cable TV).

TVxb:
xmlv for Brazil (on site), only Cable TV. My reception is Air Terrestrial. (?)

Difference of 3 hours is the same in: MediaPortal, PowerCinema and DVBView.

(?) Maybe a feature of the EPG broadcast Brazilian ... (?)

I am still wondering if it can be your PC's timezone settings.
Can you check that and report back how it is configured?
Maybe also with screenshot?

With Greenwich = 0:00 EPG works fine...
Is it correct?

I left set Greenwich = 0:00.

Like you say, if EPG works, leave it like that. Never used webEPG. Only xmltv.

Myself using ForTheRecord plugin for scheduling so I can't really help right now with your manual scheduling question.
