ScRePt you do support the 3DTV in TV mode?
Maybe try to make this plugin to TV mode by analogy with the video mode. I think there is a lot of grateful users.

If I understood correctly, you want the MP plug-in to be set to "3D mode" when you select "3D mode" from your TV ...
For various reasons, this is not a simple thing. I've tried to do it for my Samsung3DTV without success :-(
If only Samsung released an SDK for custom WiFi remote controls .....

None. I was referring to 3DTV plugin for TV mode in Mediaportal.
Can possibly sdeat 3DTV plugin for TV mode, similarly as for a video movie in the Mediaportal for viewing 3D television by satellite.

Thanks for this nice plugin, ScRePt.

Works great watching 3D movies with ColorCode (amber/blue) glasses :D

AW: [PoC - Update 2010/09/12] MP3D - Render 3D via MediaPortal!

Thank you ! This is a nice plugin. Since I read a little bit about it I was searching my kids room for the anaglyph glasses. Well - we still had this pink Barbie glasses ;-)

So I intalled the player and after some problems I could get it working. Thats really cool.

For those who just want to test the filter here is a small desciption how you can play the movies and play arround with the settings of the transformer:

Download and install the Stereoscopic Player
Download and install GraphEdit

Open Graphedit
Select Graph/Insert Filters

Insert DirectShow Filters/File Source Async (this will browse the files, use "all files" filter)
Insert 3dtv.at.Stereo.Transformation

Close that

You should have it as step 1
Drag and drop output and input together (Graphedit will autoconnect filter, Step2)
RightClick 3dtv output and say "render pin" (video renderer)
RightClick Matroska Splitter output and say "render pin" (audio renderer in my case German, see Step3)

Rightclick 3dtv (filter properties) and set values like this (anaglyph glasses)
3dtv1 (input)
3dtv2 (output)

Close this press play
Done.

There are more settings, but this is only a short description.

Anyhow you should do more work on it implement the settings directly into the plugin setup. Again thanks.

So far

Correct, without MediaPortal this would be the way to go.
I am curious why you did not use the plug-in via MP though. Didn't it work? It will make the graph for you automatically!

Hi ScRePt,

So I intalled the player and after some problems I could get it working. Thats really cool.

I had some problems, the plugin settings are very slow. Sometimes the MP just stopped working so I had to close it many time. With the graph you can play with the settings and see the result very easy. Once you have the correct settings we can do in the MP just the same.

The plugin is just GREAT. I love it, since there a lot of movies available already in 3D. Today I ordered another set of glasses from the bay.

How do play the stream ? Is this another window on top ? I noticed that switch from full to windowed mode put the renderer somewhere.

Again this is really something we should continue to work on.

Re: [PoC - Update 2010/09/12] MP3D - Render 3D via MediaPortal!

The MP3D plug-in does not render anything.
It just injects the 3dtv.at filter in the MP graph and MP renders the stream just as it would in a normal video.

That is why I said "it makes the graph for you automatically".

I'll try to make it faster but I can not promise that it will never crash. The 3dtv.at filter itself is not very stable ...
