Hello
I have installed MP v. 1.2.1 on Windows XP, 3dtv.at Stereoscopic Player version 1.7 and MP3D_for_MP1.2.1.mpe1 and I can not activate the 3D mode. Not Numeric 3 key does not work, nor F10/F11 key (see attached picture). What could be wrong?
Is it possible to turn on 3D mode with ATI Remote Wonder remotecontroler?

Try *exactly* the following steps and report back:

0. Double ensure the plugin is enabled
1. Start MP in Windowed Mode (search this option in MP general configuration)
2. Goto Videos and play any video (just press Enter)
3. While video is playing, press 3 from your *keyboard*.
4. The "activate 3d mode" window should pop-up.
5. Regardless of the window showing up, close MP.
6. Send me your Mediaportal.log if the window did not pop-up. Maybe the plugin crashes or sth.

Ok. I tried what you wrote and did not succeed
View the attached file.
Is it possible to display 3D menu only in Window mode?

Well, my Keyboard Hooks do not work for some reason. Check the following:

- Unload EVERY program before running the above scenario as it may interfere with my hooks.
- Right click on MP3d.dll -> properties and check if there is a button that says "Unblock" or sth. If there is one, click it.
- Disable your antivirus and re-test.

Report back to analyse this further if needed.

Oh, also: The video you are trying to view is not StereoScopic 3D.
The plugin can not recognise non Stereoscopic videos (of course that's not an excuse of the "3" button to not work).

I tried as you wrote without success. I disabled antivirus and exit all applications.
I checked as well MP3d.dll and I did not find the button "Unblock" or sth (see pictures).
If I set 3D to starts automatically (Enable 3D mode on startup), then it works. But access to settings is inpossible.
Is there an option to add activate 3D mode to Action menu?

ps. I know that selected video is not 3d, I took the first one.

Now it's getting weird...
can you check the value of LowLevelHooksTimeout key in your registry under HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Control Panel\Desktop\ ? If there is no such key in there, it's normal, but report back anyway.

sh*t. dude, I dont have any more ideas.
Why don't you try on an operating system that is not 10years old? Is that possible for you?
I can not replicate your problem.
Can you try uninstalling some progs that have to do with keyboard hooks? I honestly don't know.
I works for others though, I can tell you that. So it is definately your system. Try simplifying your setup (kill any other progs) and use windowed mode with a keyboard and not a remote.
