That was my old message, sorry. I have 2.1.0 installed, but it still looks like 2.0.1

To give some extra info: I installed 2.0.1 before with the mpe1 installer. When 2.1.0 came out, I tried to deinstall 2.0.1. with MP config. But that gave me an error: Invalid package. So I deleted the files manually and then installed 2.1.0.

But I still get, by the looks of the skin (no red guide line), the 2.0.1 skin (or so it seems/looks). After that I deleted everything skinrelated again (cache + skinfolder). But the skin still kept on working (apart from some xml errors, because I deleted them).

And that confuses me the most and probably is my biggest problem.

    Hi CypherMK :)

I suspect that your problem is related to the changed skin folder location in MediaPortal 1.1.0 alpha and later.
To get the correct skin folder:
Go to START menu, Programs, Team MediaPortal, MediaPortal, User Files

If you still struggle - can you give a bit more detail please?
What MediaPortal version do you use?
What is the location of the skin directory that you are manually using?

The RAR file contains 930 files and 13 maps (so that's with the font + readme). The skin map itself contains 928 files and 13 maps (so that's without the font + readme)

Yes, version 2.1.0 contains 930 files. Version 2.1.1 instead contains 932.

    Sorry! ;)

I'm using 1.02. See my system specs ;)

I think I will reinstall everything to get a clean system again.
