Black Glass Skin 2.6.0 (2 Viewers)

Developed for Mediaportal 1.1.0 final.
The resolution is 1280x720 and scales well to full HD.

Black Glass skin is designed to be easy to use and has a simple and clear look.
It should be controlled primarily with a remote or a keyboard.

BasicHome screen should be used as default home page.

The skin has been developed using Theatre as layout inspiration and Blue3Wide as codebase.

Hi! I installed your new version and in the home screen (not basic home) the background graphics are now somehow "dimmed". Is this normal?

Yes, my home screen is dimmed as the rest of the pages (a matter of evenness an uniformity across the whole skin).

Hi Tgx,
Just installed 2.6.0 version.
Great work, as usual.
I found a problem in MyWeather wich made error in GUI engine.
When entering in MyWeather plugin, no possibility to display buttons :




When I click escape (previous window), I have a black screen :




If I revert myweather.xml from 2.5.0 version, it works.

thanks for the great update. One question: Can the menu bar in the Middle? As the old versions? Then with a black background? Like it rather not so colorful with the background. Thanks for the help. Greetings Dirk

I tried to replicate your problem using the French language, disabling Infoservice plugin and using Nice as the city for weather forecasts... but here everything is ok.
Have you tried to clear the cache folder? Restarting Windows?

The only difference between the last and the new version are the animations on the left menu and the right side panel.

The new 2.6.0 basichome editor Linked Plugin dropdown doesn't appear to have all my plugins. I'm looking for the Netflix plugin (ID is 10099).

I had it in the prior basichome editor. I looked in the plugins.xml file and don't see Netflix in there either. The prior editor didn't include a plugins.xml file but did have a Netflix entry.

If I configure Netflix to show in MyPlugins, I can navigate to it and it displays fine.

Hello,
Yes, cache was cleared and windows rebooted.
There was no infoservice plugin cause, tested on fresh MP 1.1.0.0 final without third party plugins.
More informations :
- The black screen on escape appears only if the left menu was hidden in weather screen.
- On screen posted above, I can't use arrows keys (left, right...); to made the left menu appears, I have to click with mouse on left screen side (then, not ability wih a remote).
- If I hit "enter" key on center screen, view switch to sattellite/geoclock/... (in this case, left menu appears)
but, I can't see weather for the 5 others days.
- If I comment the "DUMMY BUTTON" on xml, then, by hitting OK button, I can see theses 5 others days (also, without left menu).
