Can anyone try this for loading profiles:

Yes, this should work. But I don't think you can store refresh rates in the profiles. I will give it another try after work later today.

Thanks!

    This maybe a captain obvious question. Will the time-shifting of tv work when playing Blu-ray ?

    Despite my best efforts, I have not been able to store the refresh rate in an NVIDIA profile. Other settings get stored, but the refresh rate stays unaffected. Perhaps other people have better luck.

    Not sure what your question is. Are you asking if scheduled TV recordings will still work in MP while watching a movie in PowerDVD?

    If you are really asking about time-shifting, why would you want to do that while watching a movie outside of MP in PowerDVD?

    If you use the tvserver - it does record your shows even MP is closed.

    the HD Starter does only stop the playback in MP and after that minimize it.

    If you use NOT the tv server then the recording is stopping because HD Starter "presses" the Stop button from MP

    Hi xvffx, search for the file MultiShortcut.xml it should be under "c:\program files\Team MediaPortal\MediaPortal\"

    Check if the files is created, if not save this attached version in that folder and open the plugins configuration page and save it again.

    Code:

    <profile>

7636

C:\Program Files\Team MediaPortal\MediaPortal\plugins\Windows\HD_Starter.exe

hover_Blu-Ray.png

HD Player

1

    </profile>

    (the plugin id can be another!)

    I would suggest (if possible) when creating an MPI for this plugin, can you have the option to "Browse" to the location(s) of PowerDVD and MP etc... This way there will be no issues with incorrect paths.

    Also, is the 1st post in this thread the latest and greatest version? Maybe a version history might be in order. Otherwise MoPhat, you know how much I love you.
