But one more question: after watching the bluray, how can I go back to MediaPortal?!

I use the Microsoft MCE RC and if I press the "back" button nothing happens...

I already changed the settings with your Java GUI program to MCE and I can start the movie, stop the movie, etc., but I cannot go back to MP?!

The only possibility to come back to MP is to shut down PDVD manualy with the mouse...

Does anyone know how to fix it or know a workaround.

Maybe the browser back button is not the same as the MCE remotes back button.

does anybody know which key is send by mce-ir when you press the grnbutton? Maybe someone can look into girder or something like that and post the key here.

I don't know the answer for an MCE remote, but the basic keyboard command you need is ESCAPE.

Can you configure one of your remote keys to replicate the ESCAPE key when you are in PDVD?

hello,

i went through every step on the first side of this topic and it almost works. But when i launch Powerdvd, close it and go back to MP again, i cant start any other videos from my HDD. Its like the "ok" Button doesnt work. I can navigate through the whole menu, but when i want to start a video, nothing happens.
After a reboot its fixed, but after launching power dvd i have the same problem.

Can anybody help me?

Which HD_Starter do you use? From page 1 or the latest one page back? With the latest HD_Starter your issue shouldn't happen, because MP is closed before starting PDVD and restarted after closing PDVD. The script is also terminated after starting MP.

from which page on do I have to follow the thread in order to understand eagles package? Is there somewhere a howto which makes me able to skip ~70 pages of diskussions?

I downloaded eagles package. goes it all into the plugins/windows-directory?

follow the install-instruction on page 1 and replace all files with those out of my package with identical file-names . If you want to use MausRaus.exe you have to place it in any directory and put the path into the ini-file which is built via my GUI

Has anyone got HD-Starter working with MP1.1.0 RC1?

It was working fine with the latest SVN but I Installed RC1 today (fresh install as required), but it fails when I run the DLLFix when configuring HD_Starter (windows error).

Do I need to re-run this fix?

With everything else set up, as normal, the HD_Starter does not work.

Any ideas?
