Hi robbo100,

I don't know what the ddlfix.exe is good for and from where moPhat got it. So maybe moPhat can give us a hint why dllfix should be executed. But I have my doubts that he still reads this thread.

btw have you already checked the path of HD_Starter in the mp-configuration?

I've implemented "escape" to work in the same way as "browser-back". Please post here whether it solves your issue.

ive tried your escape version an if i hit escape when pdvd is open nothing happend. can u upload the source?

a second issue:
today i also tried to set up an buttonimage in my xface skin. it works if the focus is on the plugin, but it doesn't when the focus is on a different one. Screens attached as you can see what i mean.

which IR do you use? You can use "escape" only with a MCE-IR. I will upload the script tonight.
I can't say anything about your skin-issue because I'm not familiar with this stuff

If I remember it right, you have to run the dllfix if you have more than one or want to rename the multishortcut dll.
Though Im not quite shure.

HD-Starter is working for me with MP1.1.0RC1.

You need a newer version of the HD_Starter.dll from the thread https://forum.team-mediaportal.com/mediaportal-plugins-47/multishortcut-plugin-75305/ Please download MultiShortcut Plugin version 1.7 and follow the instructions in the documentation. You have to copy the files Multishortcut00.dll and dllfix.exe to the plugins\windows directory. Then rename Multishortcut00.dll to HD_starter.dll and run dllfix.exe (as Administrator).

After installation, when i click on der Button-Name "Bluray" i get a Errormessage "there is no HD_Starter.ini". What`s wrong?

maybe there is no hd_starter.ini?

Which version of hd_starter have you installed? Do you use my GUI to create a hd_starter.ini? If not, download the GUI (one or two pages back) and fill in the required parameters. If you don't want to use MCE-IR-commands, check the button for hauppauge-IR. A hd_starter.ini will be created in the mediaportal/plugins/windows-folder by saving the parameters.

Hey guys,
I want to modify my HD_Starter a little bit.

In Detail I want to remap some more keys (e.g. Green Button and EPG-Button, ...).

I've already found a script, which will listen this keys (the script is called AHKHID )

Everything works fine , untill MP is not set in "Always on top".

If I activate the "Always in top" Option in the MP Configuration, this part of my HD_Starter has no function, but everything else (in HD_Starter.exe) works, just the AHKHID / AutohotkeyRemoteControl.dll has no function.

Have you any ideas?

Edit (11:22): I've found an option in authotkey to disable "always on top" temporarily (and enable it after returning to MP):

WinSet, AlwasyOnTop, off, Mediaportal

HI,

I am trying to install this with POWER DVD9, have modified HD starter file no problem, but when I run the dllfix, it changes my keyboard keys in every application, example m becomes L, a becomes H.

I have greek keyboard set to English. Have you a solution for this? or do you know why its happening?

I have to keep restoring my computer to get back the correct keyboard settings
