Blue3 is still available at sourceforge repository. Enter Blue3 or Blue3wide directory and click Download GNU tarball. You can open the file with a tool such as 7-Zip.

Not that I know of. That's why I mention in my previous post that there is no easy way.
There are others that feel the same, and your feedback has been noticed.
