BUG-4110: playing videos inside "pictures" section is not working well (1 Viewer)

I have checked again.
I seems to me that the hint to restart raises only when leaving the settings "root menu".

When navigating directly to the pictures section from basic home we do not navigate through the "root menu".
Leaving the section with home shortcut or back does not make a difference.

Yes. As I said, this is a known issue. Since @Deda coded this, we really need his comment.

The best way would be if we can force reload the settings, if this is needed, to avoid the need to exit MP.

Help is on the way. Just need to add detection exit to a NonGUIsettings windows. Just copy & paste code on all PageDestroy event and minor change of RestartMp method.

This is a problem for all screens not only for pictures.

Error compiling:

GUISettings\BluRay\GUISetingsBluRay.cs(203,111): error CS0103: The name 'neWindowId' does not exist in the current context

(fix seems simple, so I will fix locally and test)

Edit: once the typo is fixed, tested and all seems fine. If you are happy with this, please merge.

Just test a little bit "Back to Home" exit and some nasty things like instantly switching to some plugin (from setting screen directly to Music or something)...
