    Hi,
it is not possible to burn an .ts on a DVD and hope, the player can read it.
    Try this instead:
    1. Take the ProjectX-program and demultiplex your TS
    2. Use IFoEdit to create an new DVD (with capitel-jumps, language-selection ...), and export an DVD-image
    3. Mount the image with deamon-tools and check for errors
    4. Is it all fine, burn the image
    5. Give your dvd-player new food :D

Just found out that Nero vision 5 does the job, but the quality is a little poor on my flatpanel. On my old analog tv it is ok.
Just open Nero vision and select make dvd and then import the .TS file and burn. Very easy..
But I am not happy with the quality. When I play the .TS on my computer the quality is:D but when I play the dvd I burned on the same computer the quality is:(

I don't think so, because MP has no way of knowing at which timestamp the external player stopped playback. Best way to achieve this would be to use an auto-resume feature in your external player itself. (MPC-HC can do that, I don't know about VLC)

Apparently Windows hasn't had the codecs to read DVD since about Windows 8 or 10. I've been searching for a DVD playback codec but it requires another player. Is there a way for MP2 to read DVDs?

Hi Gcarr, thanks for the reply, I downloaded the file and reinstalled it in Win7 Pro, it work, but only for the TV tuner and not the FM tuner. :-(. It was worth trying anyway.

I don't know about MP2 but as you said you tried MP1 too, how is the MP music config ? MP(1) will only use LAV if you select "Internal DirectShow player" as music output, but then you lose gapless playback. If you you don't have multichannel music you can choose WASAPI as the output and set the number of speakers to stereo. I have...
