MM, I cleared my channels, cleared the logs and updated my server to 1.5
    Here are the complete logs.
The channels that did have names before are not in the new scan
Did you try an OTA scan, and is it the same?

mm... I've also upgraded to MP 1.5PR and so far the upgrade seems to be good. No noticeable change (good or bad) with performance of CableCard channels. Did not rescan channels like Breese because I'm trying to stabilize the system before wifey + elderly mom revolt on me for "messing with the TV again." Will observe for a week and let you know if I can replicate either the channel lag or the "unknown" status for Ceton tuners.

FYI... I agree that twemperor is seeing the same issue as me. I'll do what I can to help identify the issue.

Excellent, thanks for the feedback. :)

No problem. breese is dealing with clear QAM and OTA tuners, so that discussion is quite different anyway. Don't worry about it. :)

That patch that I created for you is not in MP 1.5 PR but will be in the final release. Attached is a version that is compatible with MP 1.5 PR - you will need it if you want stability.

Sorry no.... Did this test just before leaving for work
    I will this afternoon
No problem - no rush. :)
We've got a month to sort out the issues in the pre-release...
    Appreciate the testing! (y)

I don't remember how many it use to find but, here is the OTA scan.
Found 48 and all the channel names....
Going to do another Wow cable scan unless someone needs something else done...

As I recall, 48..55 is about the right number. It varies from scan to scan with the few weak channels that you're sometimes able to pick up.

That would be appreciated. In the previous scan no VCT was found, but it looks like everything was functioning exactly as per the latest CableCARD patch. I spent an hour checking the code and I don't see anything wrong at this stage...

Wow cable scan started... Depending on what I find or dont find, I may have it scan a second time
Anything else you want tested? On that note, I see the forum about Hybrid cards.
Is there anything I need to do for that test or do the current logs tell you what you need to know?

Not at this point, thanks. :)

No, the logs don't tell me what I need to know. That is because the hybrid detection is still a work-in-progress patch at the moment - not included in MP 1.5. As I said over in that thread, I'll need a couple of days to create a hybrid detection patch which is compatible with MP 1.5. It is significantly more complex due to the CableCARD support (which is why I didn't previously create a combined hybrid detection + CableCARD patch). So, please give me a couple of days... or maybe until the end of the weekend... and I hope I'll have a new patch up in the other thread. I'll certainly tag you as soon as it is available. :)

1st pass completed.. Did not find the few Named Channels as before.
    Just started a 2nd pass

Something to note that seems to be different
The channels between 0 and 300 seem to have filled in. I do not remember seeing that before. With or without the channel names...

2nd Pass completed... No channel names but did find more channels
    What next?
