Did some testing re: away mode and cannot see any regression (I see some oddities in how MP handles it but no different to 1.3 )

When media is playing sleep button puts the machine into away mode (single seat only with powerscheduler enabled on both TV service and MP). With no media playing it goes straight to sleep. Will do some more testing and if I get very brave will move this onto my living room PC

This is the regular behaviour of the builtin PowerScheduler: It goes to away mode when you want to suspend it manually if anything is active that should keep the system running (even client not on home screen if configured). No need to test this, it's all the same since 1.2.x.

Does it work with 1.3.0 ? Where are your logs?

To be blunt, we are really only interested in this right now if it is regression caused by this branch. Otherwise it needs to be reported in the main bug reporting area.

I have just tested, and with this branch installed recording notifications work perfectly.

@Scythe42 i tested your new mp.exe version...there are only two issue left (for me)
The screen selector doesnt work: The small fullscreen splashscreen is gone but MP still wont start on monitor 2 if selected.
Splashscreens (Basic and Fullscreen) and MP (window and fullscreen) starts always at the main monitor 1.

From the logs I don't see the screen selector used at all. Sure it was the correct log file?

The taskbar wont disappear on main monitor 1 if MP has been started in window mode AND i directly switch to fullscreen before i entered a section (music, video, TV). After entering one of these sections the taskbar disappears. After the taskbar has disappeard the first time, it always disappears when it should until i close and start MP again...its really a small issue i think

Cannot reproduce. We will re-visit this one after the screen selector. One thing at a time.

Also tried your exe from post # 714.
I can't confirm crashing, but Fullscreen splashscreen is now also broken.
It show up on primary Screen, instead of the chosen one and resolution is also not fitting.

So, right resolution but wrong screen?

Tested yesterday V1.3 + Build 18a on PrSys (Productive system),
* no more freeze when zap channel ( seems to be related to my old system)
* Tv working correctly
+ more fast in GUI
- Minidisplay don't stopping when Shutdown MP ( i search why ! ) (For information : I shutdown always my HTPC, and use "Power menu" > {6}Shutdown directly when TV is ON. ) maybe my PrSys is very old, is overcharged and forgot to send information for shutdown all device !
For information i have same issue when use {F2} for close MP and start config.exe

* Minidisplay turn off / on correctly in sleep / wake up

I know missing all log, but yesterday was dificult ... SORRY

@Scythe42: I'm running the latest version of our internal testbuilds including your latest fixes. Since this latest version, the fonts are a lot bigger than before.. I am running bigger fonts in Windows (125%). But now are the fonts in Mediaportal also bigger and I don't want that! When I set the fonts in Windows normally at 100%, everything is fine again..

I didn't make any changes here recently. Maybe result of merging master to my branch that some of my changes do not work properly anymore. Will check. Thanks for pointing out.

Edit: Cannot reproduce. Works fine here regardless of what DPI size is used, fonts always look the same in the correct size.

Yes maybe it is the wrong log file...cant check now (at work). will check later

Yes, that describes it pretty accurate.
If necessary I'll provide some log's in the evening.

After changing the DPI size everything is fine indeed. But try to clear your skincash after changing the DPI settings and start MP again..
