Can´t change channel (1 Viewer)

I had the same problem both when running single seat (local) and over the network. In my case I solved it by follow the instruction in the WIKI of 0.3 engine on how to enable remote access to SQL express. And of course disabled my firewall on the server.

I had this issue, all of a sudden it started to work. Client on wlan, server on lan.
Don't know what I did...
