Maybe the firewall is blocking access.

For a test you could just switch it off - ignore the disaster warning that Windows issues - and test if tuners are still busy. A MP2 server service restart might be necessary, although probably not.

The posting also mentions that the patch is now included but that the guide still applies.

Anyway, it should be possible to make it work. So the firewall is just a working hypothesis that you may want to check out first.

I don't know where you are getting that from. No folders need to be used or whatsoever.

OK, then please switch the firewall back on.

When I write "Follow the guide" I refer to the part in the first posting that begins with "Configuring". Scroll down until you reach this:



Then follow the subsequent instructions there. The CAM part is already correctly set up but it doesn't harm to verify the individual steps. Try to do a new channel scan for one tuner as explained in the guide. If this doesn't work then the problem is elsewhere.
