One thing I noticed: you always have to make sure CC is enabled from GUI. It could reset to OFF by itself and you always have to enable it manually.

That i understand is that all is working for you but not for all (for example not for Migue).
I will try to make dll based on 1.2.0 but manage differently setup graph and i will happy that you can test (i don't know really when i can do this but soon)

select remote control Menu, 3 Subtitle, and then select 2 CC1.

I remember I had problems with Windows XP. You guys are on Windows 7, correct?

I read somewhere that not all CC enabled codecs actually work even if you connect pins properly. So far I had good results with Microsoft and FFDShow. With FFDShow you have more control over the font, but sometimes FFDShow can't interpret the CC stream code properly resulting in a few wierd characters on the display, but that's OK for now.

Were you able to download the CC enabled sample .ts files?

No problem. I was a little confused, too about why we can control DVB and other subtitles from the setup program, but CC can only be controlled from GUI. I think it is a little bit inconsistent. ATSC CC are even more tricky.

Can you try this new dll ?
It's based on latest svn
On the samples, it's working nice (didn't see with ffdshow) i have tested with PDVD 10 codec and all subtitle Analog or Digital is working (here), the dll include correct rebuild graph, but maybe not optimized 100% yet.

That's strange, because i look propertiers from 2 upped dll (core and tvplugin) and all are on 1.1.7.965.

Ok i know why, this is not tagged rev dll (the same above). But not sure if it will work without tag
I didn't remember, but we have a switch line to avoid revision number checking (for testing and when tvserver mismatch tvplugin version.)

Getting "unable to play" message with these dll's under ffdshow.
"unable to create graph" with cyberlink 10 analog and no cc with live and recorded atsc contents.
analog with cyberlink 10 - looks OK.

On my side, analog and atsc for recorded tv (based on your sample) works, i have add Core CC Parser under TV Post Process Filter.
Can you post log ? (all log tv and mediaportal)
