    Hmmm, it's possible. You're the first person I'm aware of who is trying to use a CableCARD tuner with MP2 + TVE 3.
    The files that patch deals with are actually sourced from MP2 (MP2's UPnP library). Maybe there's a conflict.
    MP2's default files should already contain the fix that the patch contains. So, perhaps try using the default files.

    I think this may indicate an error on the server side, so can you please post the MP2 Server log in full.

    From the IPTV filter/source log:
    26-08-2015 18:32:47.512 [2c3c] [{7C9E4618-4BB7-45A9-BB47-C2C5625D8CBB}] [Info] MPIPTVSourceStream: Run(): result: FFFFFFFE
    26-08-2015 18:32:47.514 [2c3c] [{7C9E4618-4BB7-45A9-BB47-C2C5625D8CBB}] [Info] MPIPTVSourceStream: Run(): End, Fail

    This means that the stream is not being received from the tuner.

    Due to the level/verbosity of the MP2 Server log, I'm not able to determine whether the channel is copy protected or not.
    Can you please set MP2 Server log level to debug, restart MP2 Server, try to view a channel again, then post another Server log.
