Can you add your system specs and make them visible please?

What TV card are you using? Is this a hybrid card?

When you say turning on TV and on again do you mean stopping playback of live TV then starting it again? Do you mean turning the screen off? Do you mean restarting the PC? Do you mean resuming from standby??

    Hi,
same problem here since I upgraded to the last MP.
    I can't tune RAI 1, RAI 2, RAI 3.
    No problem before the upgrading.
I don't have mdapi. I did had ticked the CAM box, to prevent some issue I can't remember now. Now I unticked the box, rescanned channels, change the pause / stop card, the generic provider, etc. I did everything I read in this thread, but I still can't tune the RAI channels.
I would appreciate very much some help.
    Thank you in advance

    I attach log

    Hi Zorg

Your logs are *very* long. Please use the "report bug..." option next time. Please try to delete the channels and then do a rescan - it looks like the parameters have changed or the channels have moved.

Sorry about the 3MB logs. I didn't know about the "report bug".

You were right. After deleting and rescanning channels, I saw that the three RAI channels have disappeared. I've just read in internet that they have moved from Hotbird 9 to Hotbird 6.

But now I don't know what to do and I'm very confused about it, because I see in the TVserver Configuration, in the options of the DiSEqC, that both Hotbirds 6 and 9 are together in the same satellite position: 13 0ºE Hotbird 6,8,9

Well, as you see I'm not expert at all on these things. I would like to tune different channels both in Hotbird 6 and 9.
Sorry if this is not the theme of the thread, but could someone, please, suggest me what could I do know? I have three LNBs and three DiSEqC positions 13 0ºE Hotbird 6,8,9 / 19.2ºE Astra / 5.0ºW Atlantic Bird 3.

How could I tune again RAI 1, 2 and 3?
Is there a section or thread in MP forum for this technical questions about satellites?

    Thank you in advance.

    Hi again Zorg

When you go to the scanning page, use the "update satellite list" button to update the transponder list, and then do a full rescan of 13e Hotbird 6/8/9 (all satellite transponders for those three satellites should be in the same list). If the RAI channels still aren't found then post the full logs again (option 3 - only because I need to see the full scanning logs) - I'll have a look to see if the RAI channels are being missed.

    Thank you mm1352000,
I did the update satellite list and the rescan, but the three RAI channels are still missing.

I received an answer from a TV-satellite forum and they said I should change the frequency on the receiver to 10992 V SR 27500 FEC 2/3. Well, I don't know how to do that in the TV-server configuration.

I would like to attach the logs with the "report bug" option, but I can't find this option.
    Thank you again.
