First of all, thanks for the plugin.... I've gotten it installed ok, but for some reason the EPG doesn't come down the pipe for Dish Network. Can anyone confirm that the data exists on CT TV's server?

The channel names come in ok, so I think I have it installed properly.

Hi,

Make sure you give the first update a long time to complete, especially for sat or digital cable.
The volume of data for the first run can be very large so it takes a while.

Check the log file (Not sure which version you are using TVE2(epg.log) or TVE3(tv.log) ).
If your log shows something like "Starting processing of #### schedule entries"
then you are probably just not giving it enough time.

'Satelite' is not a valid value for LineupTypes.

and this is true
This should be coming through as Satellite.
I can try to send a message tomorrow about it and see who needs to change.

Hi Guys,

We did find a misspelling of the word Satellite. It was used in the lineup description. I could see this causing a problem depending on how this description was used.

This misspelling is now corrected.

Also noticed that if you do pay for listings, 20% of what you pay can go towards an open source or free-to-use project of your choice.

I am having an issue getting the plugin to update the EPG.

The plugin has successfully downloaded the Channels from CT TV Listings. I have mapped them to my tuner and I can watch television in MP (using TVE3). However, the "TV Guide" doesn't have the show titles or anything. It displays says "No Data Available". However, if I select "My TV -> Channel" and select a GROUP, It displays the "Now" and "Next" with no problems. I don't know why the TV GUIDE isn't working.

FYI, I purchased a year subscription from CT TV (the highest one to get all the info).

OK. I figured it out. It appears that the EPG was downloaded but the data appears to start midnight (12am) the following day. So you won't see data in the TV GUIDE until 12am (i.e. scroll over too 12am and you will start to see EPG data).
