I think this is the reason I'm unable to watch SD channels

@DJBlu Thanks mate here are my logs

Try removing a certain plugin in a certain folder that decodes certain channels.

Then let me know if you can tune to BBC 1 or ITV 1

@DJBlu done that mate removed it all from that plugin folder still same problem can't even preview BBC 1 or ITV 1 in tv server configurations getting the same message an unknown error occurred and when I go into manual control my card is highlighted in red.

Just seen you are using 1.2.3.

Do you have a DVB-T card aswell?

no DVB-T cards only TeVii S464 DVB-S2 PCI is active and I have disabled my second TeVii S471 DVB-S2 PCIe card till I can get MePo sorted

I recommend the following steps.

Completely remove 1.2.3. Deleting all databases.
Install 1.3.0
Disable the TeVii S464. There is a bug in 1.3.0 Alpha that has since been fixed where channels with more than 1 tuning detail causes the card to be locked.
Scan 28.2e. Click scan then click cancel.
Ensure the free channels work, should be Channel 4 that is found.
Now install the 1.3.0 SVN files I have uploaded.
Set up md *cough* *cough* pi.
Use the Sky UK Plugin to scan for the channels.
Try all your channels Free and Encrypted.
If this works. Try this.
Enable your other card.
Map the channels to the card.
