Hi all, I am an experience software developer. Current programming activities are mainly in c# but I have alot of c++ assembler knowledge from the time I was interested in demo programming.

I am developing software for about 15 years now.

I have much knowledge about the .net framework, software factories, testdriven development.

I once were interested in directx but that is some releases ago.

I think I can be of much help in the overal quality of the codebase and in improving stability.

Please contact dman_LFC on either IRC or PM

As much as I like MP, it has big barriers to new developers.

There is no good help site that introduces you to the code - all the classes, modules etc., nor is there a simple, updated guide on how to get the source and work with it.

Second, the core of the project is not apprehensible. I'd like to see the recording engine become a service in that it is free from the user interface. As the UI takes quite some memory, it would be possible to do other things during recording. Also, scheduling recordings would be easier and faster starting. However, as I see it, it would be too complex to do.

There is a good guide for how to download the code using tortoiseSVN here:

    1. Can develop (whatever language or level)
    No... sorry. No such skills.
    2. Have thought about helping out
Yes! I'm trying to spread the MP in Norway - many competent programers there. Here is a MP thread in Norways second biggest forum (8600 view). I try to help out and aswers when MP has been reviewed. I also created a bootscreen.

Have you thought about helping out ?
Since I am not a prg., there aren't much else I can do

A big thumbs-up for all programmers, devs and mods!

    1. Can develop:

Well, I am a total newbie to C#, but I know pretty good Delphi, PHP, HTML, MySQL, CascadingSS, javascript.
But learning C# will be no problem, because of much time and the will to learn a new language...

    2. Thought about help:

Yep, that's on my mind... personally I want to develop the radio plugin further.. (I need it for myself) Thought about things like recording, new style, better handling, etc.

    Hi,

I would like to contribute. I have some experience in C and JavaScript. I am learning C# while I try to understand how everything works. I am planning on making a plugin. Treat me as a beginner.
