If you asked the average user of a pc if they used vmr9 against evr, there would be a slight pause and then the, what are you talking about comment.

Maybe a bit more explanation involved on this one, not from joining into one setting, just a comment relating to the effects within that screen.

Based on a note on VMR9 under this wiki page, I also forced a un-check on exclusive mode when EVR is selected.

IMHO now that the patch is in SVN, will be a good idea to prepare a wiki page with the difference between VMR9 and EVR.
Then we can put a link in the session of Configuration.exe ( I tried to add some test but there is not enough room in the form itself ).

Maybe someone from the docs team can prepare the page and submit the link...
