Digital Devices Cine CT: Some channels is reported as scrambled (1 Viewer)

Owlsroost I uploaded the wanted recording of a scrambled channel. You can see only 12 seconds long a black screen. I hope you did mean the .ts file.

The video/audio data is definitely scrambled - LAV splitter and WMP won't open/play it, and TsReader.ax doesn't find anything other than the PAT/PMT data (which should never be scrambled anyway).

So you have decryption problems (at TV server end of the system).

Do you mean that the CI Modul or even the DD Cine C/T is defect or is it a software problem?

Did you try to put card into a set-top box from your TV-provider? I had a similar problem once, and it turned out that the card needed an update.
