Thanks, with this reg-fix it works!
CI Menu is working now too.
Still having problems with some of the skrambled Sky channels (e.g. Discovery HD)
But mainly it looks good.
I´ll keep testing.

Just for the record, I experienced those stops of the Live-TV after several seconds or no decoding at all of scrambled channels these days even with MP 1.1.1 and driver version 1.46.60. I just found out. that after a BIOS-update with CMOS-reset I had forgotten to switch some options. It's mentioned over at the MCE Community forum that DDs cards are sensible to the PCIe clock. Fix for some errors is to disable Spread Spectrum and processors C1E and/or Turbo Mode.

With this information I'll test MP 1.2.0 alpha and driver version 2.0.21 soon again.

Hi,

I have the same problems with my new DD Cine S2 CI with AlphaCrypt Classic and Sky.

As soon as I put my CAM into the CI module no LiveTV works at all.

I've tested with several drivers:

1.4.2.34-x64: LiveTV (without SKY) ok; no CAM in DD-Tool is detected!
1.4.4.55-x64: LiveTV (without SKY) ok; no CAM in DD-Tool is detected!
1.4.7.60-x64: LiveTV (without SKY) ok; CAM in DD-Tool is detected!; SKY doesn't work!
2.0.0.20-x64: LiveTV (without SKY) ok; CAM in DD-Tool is detected!; SKY doesn't work!
2.0.0.21-x64: LiveTV (without SKY) ok; CAM in DD-Tool is detected!; SKY doesn't work!

Also with MP 1.2.0 A there is no change (see https://forum.team-mediaportal.com/mediaportal-1-2-0-alpha-536/no-livetv-after-enabling-ci-dd-cine2-ci-89977/)

What else can I do???

Hi rbo,

I'm sure you did, but it isn't mentioned: you installed Morpheus_XX TV-Server for MP 1.1.1 final found in the first post of this thread after installing MP 1.1.1 with the included TV-Server?

That together with disabling spread sprectrum of PCIe bus and power modes of the cpu in the bios works over here with MP 1.1.1 and driver version 1.47.60 using an Alphacrypt classic and Sky.

I installed the new drivers and your update vor MP1.1.1 and at first the TV server did not recognised the tuners card (unknown).

When I removed them and the restartedthe Tuner were ther but I get errors on building graph.

The only thing I didn't do yet is a new channel scan.

Do you think this is the problem or is there something else.

yes the special TV-Server was installed. But what is the 'spread sprectrum of PCIe bus and power modes of the cpu in the bios'? I don't know what I have to do in BIOS?

I have tested the new TV-Server with the DD 2.0.0.21-x64 driver but got no changes.

As soon as I activate the CI-modul no LiveTV is working.

Hi !

Problems here too.
Installed latest Patch 1.1.1 final v2 (first post) and latest drivers from DD WebPage (DigitalDevices-DVB-Driver-2.0.0.21-x86)

When card is installed first time by TV Service everything (except SKY) works.
If I restart PC - I again get the problem of TYPE = UNKNOWN and nothing works.
If I the remove the DD cards and restart Tv Service everything is back to normal.

CAM Problem: DD Tool shows the CAM and I can enter CI Menu etc.
In MePo TV Server Config Ci Menu is not available when clicking.

If I try to start (manual control) a sky channel the cam on DD cards is not available?!?!?

Could you give a last summary on what we have to do to get the S2 with CAM/CI running. There were different approaches in the thread.

a) correct DD Driver supportet by 1.1.1 V2 final TV Server release
b) needed BIOS changes
c) Windows 7 Registry patches
d) best Alphacrypt light (1.20) settings (in CI Menu)
c) something else ?
