Divx 6.1 no controls viewing movies (1 Viewer)

After I installed new Divx6.1 I have no controls while watching movies.
(not able to stop, pause ffwd etc.)
After rolling back to Divx 5.2 problem was solved., any suggestions how to solve this?

    Divx 6.1 always opens a program called Divx Menu or something like that.
    That causes MP to lose focus. You just need to bring focus back to MP and you will have control again.
    There is little tool from Divx to disable this, but I don't know the link or name right now.
    Maybe I can post this later.
