Bleh... It took me a whole bunch of tunes, but i just reproduced the micro stuttering with 1.10 Pre Release TsReader (v3.0.82.5) + PDVD14 + dsound
So now it's pointing to PDVD14...
Log attached, stuttering started happening after tuning @ 15:03:17

On the basis of your video, it looks like the PDVD decoder might be having de-interlacing problems (also TsReader log is saying that the stream is 25 fps interlaced (50i), but in evr.log it's still 25 fps i.e. 25p when it should be 50 fps if it has been de-interlaced).

However, H.264 content is sometimes encoded as a mixed 25p/50i stream, and what it says in TsReader log is just a snapshot of the stream at that point in time, so it's just possible that it's meant to be 25p.....

Nice thought. That could indeed be the case, but i would expect it to fail always and not randomly then, right?
Although, if i recall correct, i've also seen the issue on TV recordings. And that would support the de-interlacing assumption as a cause also.
I'll see if i can do some comparising tomorrow against PDVD13 (with which i never had these issues for sure).

With LAV Video i seem to get the same 25 fps in the EVR log:
    Code:
    [2014-12-01 20:26:16,680] [3529c008] [1610] - MF_MT_INTERLACE_MODE: 2
    [2014-12-01 20:26:16,680] [3529c008] [1610] - MF_MT_FRAME_RATE: 25.000 fps

What does the render stats screen look like ?
    50 rfsh/FPS

I also noticed this line in the EVR log:

    [2014-12-02 10:43:00,197] [3529c008] [10fc] - Render stats : Display-to-video FPS ratio = 2.0001(FRR 1)| Frames dropped 5, drawn 462518, repeated 10 | MPAR clk adj 0

@Owlsroost, from your point of view, what would be the best registry setting when having micro-stutter on recordings?

EDIT: Attached a log when watching a recording and microstutter occured. But I am not quite sure currently, which experimental TSreader version it was. Currently installed your 84_7c (and enabled Bufferloggin) and will try this evening again.

EDIT 2: doesn't the 84_7c have the registry value 'EnableAutoSpeedAdjust' ?
