DVB-S2 doesn't find Premiere HD (1 Viewer)

Hi,
Could anybody explain me what is the format of tuning parameters ini file. Where can i find this information? I was trying to search forums but couldn't find. I would like to create my own ini file for tps i want.
e.g
[SATTYPE]
1=0130
2=Hotbird 6/7A/8 (13�E)

[DVB]
0=101
1=10719,V,27500,34,DVB-S

I have now a FireDTV S2 using the latest drivers and firmware on Vista x64 Ultimate.

If I scan Astra 19.2 the four S2-transponders are "not found". If I use the Astra 19.2 HD-channel list the S2-transponders are scanned fine.

Astra 19.2 channellist
lnb: 1 37tp-12522000 LinearV 22000: No signal

In the .ini is listed
65=12522,V,22000,23,S2

Astra HD channellist
lbn: 1 1tp-12522000 LinearV 22000:New:0 Updated:5

In the .ini is listed
2=12522,V,22000,8psk,2/3,on,0.35

So the FireDTV S2 need more details to scan a S2-transponder provided like listed in the 19.2°E Astra HD.ini?

There are a few S2-transponders that are not listed in the Astra HD.ini.
