No, it didn't lock up but then again the last few versions I think it's only locked up when I've had subs visible on TV and tried to play a recording. Obviously with v14 I couldn't really test this as subs are never visible

v15 looks good. No lockups at all, even with subs visible and Cyberlink. I didn't try another codec as there doesn't appear to be any need to change it

Had a few PlayerFactory stops (had 3-4 in a row at 18:21 on the same channel, another about 18:30 on a different channel) and sometimes I get this odd glitch where the stats display is too small/in the wrong font, but I've seen that before so probably nothing to do with your patch

EDIT: Forgot to mention. Also, I have a programme scheduled to record tonight (Merlin @ 20:20) and this is shown under Scheduled, but in the EPG the programme is not highlighted red as it normally would be.

Hey seems good

Attached is a new dll with a semi big rework, i connect filter auto and not manually, i keep reference to filter video/audio and CC subtitle but it's a change and maybe solve playerfactory issue (but not sure).

About Scheduler it surely due to my build, so if all will be ok (later), we can return on 1.2.1 Final and i will prepare bin for that but before i would try to revert some comment out code to see if lockup back.

It was always 1-2 seconds after the programme started playing. I haven't actually checked the logs to confirm it shows PlayerFactory errors, but the programme stopped and returned me to the EPG, which has always been PF error in the past so I assume it was this time as well

I'm afraid that one locked up my PC requiring a reboot the first time I tried to go from TV (with subs visible) to playback a recording

I can try changing from Cyberlink to Microsoft decoder if you want.

Hi yes try changing Cyberlink, it's really weird because i have tested on both PC here and MP/PC didn't locked up. Going to look log.
When you need hard reset, mouse keyboard etc are freeze too ?
And if you retry v15 it's ok ? it's seems to be ramdom (i have subtitle enable too) i will retry.
Also did you wait like 1 minutes to see if it unfreeze ?

Maybe there is some issue between that and antivirus etc ? i would like to try because i can't get too PlayerFactory error here.
Maybe ramdrive is too speed or something like that.

What happens is that first MP freezes but I can still move mouse but not click on anything, then eventually mouse stops moving and none of the hardware monitors on my desktop update anymore. I leave it for a while longer before realizing it's not going to unfreeze and rebooting.

I didn't try v15 again yet, but will do after trying Microsoft decoder with v16.

What did you use for your ramdrive ?
