Hey, I think you've cracked it. 
No lockups at all and I tried lots of transitions between TV and playing recording.
Did have a few of the old "TV stopping soon after starting" (PlayerFactory?) bugs, but it's a definite improvement.
I'll keep running with v11 to test it some more.

I got up this morning and thought "Oh, I don't think I tested with DVB Subtitles ticked!" and was worried that it was going to lock up when I did and I'd have to disappoint you after telling you yesterday that v11 was fine
Luckily however, I've just tested and it still doesn't lock up, so I think you have actually cracked it
I'll try v12 later
PS. I don't know if it's connected to anything, but HCWHelper crashed when I booted my PC from cold this afternoon. You can see it in the Application_eventlog.csv at 14:11.
EDIT: Forgot to attach logs!

@ beginning i'm not really sure to understand your first text (was thinking that with option ticked, it was not working Tourette confirm me that v11 works.
I don't know if exist relation between HCWHelper crash (normally not) but like the setup was not on very clean installation (maybe something was kept).
We try to see about "PlayerFactory: Error creating player instance" but i can't reproduce it today !!!! even with v11 dll.

Sorry if I wasn't clear. With v11, no lockups with it ticked or unticked
Just tested v12 and it locked up quite quickly. I'll give v13 a go.
Re: HCWHelper crash, setup was done after deleting MP folders, so the only things that I think were left were MySQL (and database) and maybe some registry entries.

Same with v13 I'm afraid.
With both v12 and v13 the lockup happened when going from TV (with subs visible I think, certainly with v13) to playing a recording. I'll check again with v11 to make sure it doesn't lockup in those circumstances.
