I'm wondering if the "new" use of the drive type (e.g. scsi, dt, etc) in the command line isn't compatible with earlier DT versions? If this is confirmed a specific minimum version should be noted in the Wiki

Rather than having some information hidden away in the wiki it would be better if MP checked the version of Daemon Tools was consistent with the new syntax.

I compliment you on the thoroughness of your investigations. (y) Unfortunately, I don't have any ideas what the problem might be. :( Perhaps someone else will post with some suggestions. -- from CyberSimian in the UK
