perhaps a test suite of some known trouble titles could be posted so other members can test the same titles

there is a problem in dshowhelper.dll, because no video (also non DVD) can be played at all.

My problem is related to enabling EVR. As soon as I'm enabling this function, the DVD navigation stops working. I have tested nearly all mainstream codecs there is. Disabling EVR, most codecs works fine, but I also have to turn off DxVA. If I dont turn off DxVA, just 3-4 codecs are ok.

Please note that EVR is not currently officially supported.

but you are always welcome to follow and contribute to this thread.

Okey. My problems are very similar to many of the posting in this thread, therefore I thought it would be logical to contribute here. Can’t say I have seen anyone stated that they are NOT using EVR... but perhaps one should take that as granted? :)

    DVD menu, Dscaler and EVR!

I tried the dshowhelper.dll found in your link and after testing 5-6 different codecs, the only codec that worked like it should was Dscaler. Tested 10-12 different DVD's and no one failed! :)
