Are you sure that the slight refresh rate mismatch is not giving periodic stuttering :p (with 23.976 running as 24 you are getting it always... same with 29.97 on 30 / 60). Our renderer is not able to do such magic, only ReClock can smooth such out.

Yap, works fine on my 200Hz Samsung. :D
The only issue i have (which you know allready) is the slideshow effect (playback like 5FPS) which sometimes occurs when playing more than 5 1080p24 files or when using skipsteps "a lot" of times.
Sadly this ocurs totally random. Never the same videofiles, nor the same amout of files played, nor the skipsteps trigger it always.
    Stop/Restart playback fixes the problem.

Even Samsung cannot fight against the math, so you are experiencing periodic stuttering but not just seeing it. Approx every thousand frame is not landing correctly when playing 23.976 fps content on 24 Hz display, so you should be expariencing stuttering frame (only one if our code is perfect, but I doubt it :)) on 41 second intervals.

Odd issue indeed, especially when it is triggered randomly.

After 5 seconds I get very much stuttering of the video...

MP is not currently supporting refresh rate changing on live tv zapping. Maybe in future, who knows. But not at least with 1.1.0.

I very much doubt that ARD HD should be played at 60Hz. It IS a european HD Broadcast so it should be 50Hz.

I might "blink" when that happens. :)
At least i have not noticed the slightest stuttering yet.

Indeed, very odd. Btw. i can also trigger the slidshoweffect with NTSC videos. Sadly same as for 1080p24. Not a specific file, any causes it randomly.

I am wondering if the orginal poster seen the same issue, which he described as "stutter".

Is there any fix of the problem?

Since I have replace my terratec TV-Card with a Mystique Cabix, I have the same problems with DXVA after channel change...

DXVA doesn't work at me in the program Anixe HD, EVR shows always 25fps...
