Here is the latest logs and I do have the correct timezone setting....
Even your logs show the -0600 timezone setting.
the guide is still 6 hours off.

    @breese
You have only the problem with the timezone when you load the data from TVDB?
Can you please send me the xml-file (must be "EPG-Grabber.WebGrab.xml") before you load the data from TVDB and the "EPG-Grabber.Settings.xml", please?

    I fixed the timezone problem.
The issue is when you check the box to Load Series data, nothing loads.
Leave that turned off, some of it works...

    I cannot locate a EPG-Grabber.Settings.xml

While you all are looking into that....
Is there some type of Channel Name length limit in this?
I added 3 more channels and no matter what I do, they do not import into the TV Guide... the other channels (as you can see) are good.... even for the timezone

    I cannot locate a EPG-Grabber.Settings.xml
Damn, I wrote the settings in the epg-buddy.s3db...

Is there some type of Channel Name length limit in this?
Not in the xml file and not in the EPG Buddy
I don't know if there is a restriction in the xmltv plugin...

The issue is when you check the box to Load Series data, nothing loads.
Leave that turned off, some of it works...
The grabber loads only data when the <episode-num> node doesn't contain the xmltv_ns attribute. If there is a xmltv_ns attribute MediaPortal can handle the value as correct season and episode.

Can you send me the epg-buddy.s3db, please.
    I'll take a look tomorrow.

I've used your files and grabbed data from TVDB. The only difference between the files is a <sub-title> node. There is no change at the start or end time.
So the import must work correctly o_O
