Is there any way to make movingpictures exclude ".DAT" files when scanning for new movies? I cant find any setting where to specify this, maybe it can be manually edited in a file or so?
The list of file extensions is managed by MediaPortal itself under the Videos section in it's config. Moving Pictures will consider any file with the extensions listed there for importation.

This is for the tvserver, the iptv part.
It used to only support m3u files containing all the channels, but now you can use a m3u8 too.
Usually you get an m3u8 from your iptv provider, but there are also some that can be found on the internet

It appears that MP somehow caches previously used subtitle files for subsequent use next time the same video is played. My problem...
