Extensions: A GUI Plugin for MediaPortal's MPEI Installer (1 Viewer)

When Mediaportal restarts after installation, it returns to Extensions plugin again, but ends up on a faulty page with #symbols/text.
I use the "show last module" for TV module, so that I can put Mediaportal to sleep directly from TV, and resume directly to TV again.

Sounds like you are ending back in last used view which was probably Updates view? I think in that case we should revert to installed extensions view because Updates view should not be accessible when empty (thats why you dont see the option in views menu when there is no updates).

I choose Update on a plugin, and get prompted to restart Mediaportal for installation of pending updates - Installation process starts, and Mediaportal restarts.

And yes, it should should return to installed extensions

Hello I have a question. When did the Plugin look for a Update of the Plugins. Once a Day, only when Mediaportal starts etc. Have the Button " Alles aktualisieren" this function ro look for an update ? But it seems don't work, in the log I didn't see any activity after push this button. I ask because on the google site : Downloads - youtube-fm-for-mediaportal - YouTube.Fm for MediaPortal - Google Project Hosting iI see an updated Vewrsion since 20 minutes but I din't see this in the Extension Plugin.

The update interval can be changed via the MP Extension Installer (a program installed with MP) which the MPEI plugin is just a GUI to.

IchBinsShort, there is no manual Update option yet in GUI. It only does it on startup (based on options set in MPEI Installer). The Update button you see is a bit misleading and refers to updating the extensions installed.

I will add a manual button as well as option to do periodic update in later builds.

Hello, i have a problem or 2 .

The first i have two times are the same plugin you can see this on screenshoot. The first have an older version, the second is up to date. Is this an extension issue or an plugin issue ? The plugin i mean was tvwishlist.

And the other problem is in MePo i have not all plugins listen under installed extensions. Only a view, when i go direct to the extensions installer on windows, all my plugins are shown.

Same here - that seems to be an error of huha, I think he generated a new extension number when he updated his plugins (two times BackupSettings and two times TVWishList

I think IO Exciption is not fixed, I still have the Errors in the logs.

Thats a problem with another plugin, not Extensions.
