That log contains nothing useful, so first try to get me one that does (read wiki instructions carefully), and please limit it to one movie, or modify your MovPic advanced settings to import only 1-thread at a time, as I am not willing to loose my sanity looking at a multi-threaded asynchronous import log :censored:

Within the log it will tell me what HTML it tried to retrieve, and I will paste you back the URLs, then you simply view those URLs in your favorite browser, and save the HTML source-code into individual notepad-text files (or paste them on paste2.org or alike site.

@joEhSuper according to the logs, the movie failed to import and it appears the FilmInfo+ scraper is not even active anymore:

    Code:
    09-Apr-2020 22:40:56 Debug [ DataProviderManager]: SEARCH: Title='12 Monkeys', Provider='XBMC (Local)', Version=1.0.6, Number of Results=0
    09-Apr-2020 22:40:57 Debug [ DataProviderManager]: SEARCH: Title='12 Monkeys', Provider='themoviedb.org', Version=Internal, Number of Results=1
    09-Apr-2020 22:40:57 Debug [ MovieSignature]: MATCHING: '12 monkeys' WITH: '12 Monkeys' RESULT: TitleScore=0, YearScore=0, ImdbMatch=True, AlternateTitleUsed=False, AlternateTitle='', AutoApprove=False
    09-Apr-2020 22:40:57 Debug [ MovieImporter]: Built MediaSignature: Path= "F:\Videos\Videothek\12 Monkeys (1995)", Folder= "12 Monkeys (1995)", File= "12 Monkeys (1995).ts", Keywords= "12 Monkeys", Title= "12 Monkeys", Year= 1995, DiscId= "", MovieHash= "76fe7ab87913714e", ImdbId= "tt0114746"
    09-Apr-2020 22:40:57 Info [ MovieImporter]: No exact match for 12 Monkeys (1995).ts

Please activate the scraper-script and send that movie back to the importer. Weird how themoviedb.org scraper did not pick up on it though, because it reports "1 match".

Strange:confused: I'm very sure that I had the scraper activated. - The only thing I did change now was: I did not import a new movie - but I sent a movie back to importer that was already in my database.
Result: log seems to say much more - I hope it says relevant things to you :ROFLMAO:

Maybe the problem is that http://akas.imdb.com/ is offline?

Yeah, it appears you are having other issues.

Either IMDb.com is blocking you, your provider is, or there are internet issues in reaching it.

    Code:
    10-Apr-2020 12:01:49 Debug [ NfoBuilder]: IMDb ID Found: tt0114746
    10-Apr-2020 12:01:51 Debug [ ImdbBuilder]: Lookup Imdbid=tt0114746: Failed.

    10-Apr-2020 12:01:51 Debug [ ScraperNode]: Retrieving URL: http://akas.imdb.com/title/tt0114746
10-Apr-2020 12:02:31 Warn [ WebGrabber]: Connection failed: Reached retry limit of 5. URL=

    10-Apr-2020 12:02:31 Debug [ ScraperNode]: Retrieving URL: http://akas.imdb.com/find?q=12%20Monkeys&s=tt
10-Apr-2020 12:03:21 Warn [ WebGrabber]: Connection failed: Reached retry limit of 5. URL=

What happens if you manually open http://akas.imdb.com/title/tt0114746 in a browser on the system Moving-Pictures resides on?

Do you have any type of network software that might be interfering?

Also what version of MediaPortal and Moving-Pictures are you on?

Don't know if its relevant: www.imdb.com works...

Do you have any type of network software that might be interfering?
Not sure but I think no (didn't have problems before...)

Also what version of MediaPortal and Moving-Pictures are you on?
    both last Version:
    MP: 1.24

Helps if I remember what I did for IMDb+ as well, because Jan 8th I changed all the URLs when things started failing.

    Changelog for IMDb+ @
That means fixing FilmInfo+ might be as easy as doing the same, so try the v1.6.0 attachment which is based off the v1.5.0 attachment that I saw when scrolling back through this thread.

One search site seems to be totally gone, so I removed that small code section to speed things up, but one of the other detail sources also seems to have disappeared, which I left in place as the code was heavenly depending on it, so a proper rewrite might be in order.

    Thanks @RoChess !
    V.1.60. adding source worked
    1586547508029.png

Importing takes long time and sadly the result isn't good.
empty fields: Genre, Language, Summary, Collections.

To be honest, meanwhile I also tried internal scraper themoviedb. It works pretty good and I think I will switch to this scraper...
    Thanks for your help!

RegExp probably needs to be updated, but for that it would require higher knowledge of German language than I posses debugging the source websites.

Used to have full German support in IMDb+, but then Amazon killed imdb.de and ruined everything. There's a lot of German data available at imdb.com though, so I'm always willing to incorporate that if I'm provided guidance.

Does themoviedb offer localized info? or is it more German info in English?
