Filmweb [PL] (3 Viewers)

I have few "buts"
1. It seems to download only part of a description of a movie - ignores "więcej" - more - link.
2. One more field would be great - oryginal title. Now it's in sort title (it's in english) and I'd rather sort by polish title.
3. Something is wrong with posters download - can't do that (filmweb script is in the first place for a posters)

Nevertheless - great work.

I have a problem with searching for Moving pictures on the site is not filmweb.pl videos directory video

(mam problem z Moving pictures szukajac w serwisie filmweb.pl nie znajduje filmów z katalogu video)

for example:
szukana fraza: Barbie as Rapunzel gatunek:: Video
(searched phrase: Barbie as Rapunzel genre: Video )
Filmweb.pl - ?eb pe?en filmów!

if you can do so that films were also searched in the directory video
(czy można zrobić tak by filmy wyszukiwane też były w katalogu wideo)

I'd like to remind few things...
1. As kmarkot wrote - script skips videos and tv shows - Filmweb.pl - ?eb pe?en filmów! - Teletubisie (Teletubbies) won't get any hits.
2. Often on filmweb.pl at the first view is an ad. Then there is link - go to filmweb/skip ad. When I'm trying to get movie info and is ad on filmweb I can't get any film info.
3. Script gets only a part of movie description - ignores more link.

Can someone do anything about this?

Hey piernik,

This scraper would not scrap videos/tv shows because this scraper is for Moving Pictures (movies). Not grabbing the whole description is also by design. I did about five minutes of searching on the site and never got the ad page you were talking about. Is there some sort of trick to get it to show up?

No - no trick I'm afraid - today is all ok.
About videos I think that should be included - ex. Lion king 2 was only on video and it's movie

I've accumulated enough scraper experience where I might be able to help, so I'll have a look.

Give the attachment a try and let me know if that works.

Almost good, but not quite. Often it gets only video results - not movies.
Sometimes it suggests video and when I confirm it switches to movie (eg. first part od lion king) :/
It also gets covers from first (movie) part.

Solved this problem in such a way that left the old 1.0.0 filmweb searches in the category of cinema.
And I added filmweb Video 1.0.1 that searches in the category Video

Rozwiązałem ten problem w ten sposób że zostawiłem stary filmweb 1.0.0 wyszukuje w kategorii kinowy.
I dodałem filmweb video 1.0.1który wyszukuje w kategorii video
