Hy,

is there any plan that this patch would became part of TvServer?

It works great for me. I believe that i wouldn't be using/building htpc at all if there wouldn't be this great solution.

So really really thank you mikeyko :)

Oh, and i'm attaching playlist for slovenian IPTV provider T-2. Date of playlist is 5. november 2008. Not much becouse there's not many slovenian users but it's at least something that i can give back :)

Regards, Tine

Did you ever get it working

    G'day from Australia!
I found this thread and I'm very impressed by what you've done.
However, I've installed everything the way you described, but I'm getting nowhere. Elecard shows up in the TV Server, but when I try to scan the channels it doesn't work.
I tried putting the Elecard URL into WMP and that doesn't work either.
Do you think it has something to do with Vista?
Just to clarify, I'm with an Australian ISP that has IPTV via IGMP/UDP. I can watch the channels by putting the URL directly into VLC, it's just Elecard that doesn't seem to want to work, any ideas?

    Sawbones,
just wondering if you ever got this working. It sounds like you are on the same ISP as me and would love to integrate IPTV into MP......

Trying to get this working now. TV Server is RC3, and used the rc3 zip update. TV Server shows elcard IP card and when i select my m3u to scan, it show scanning but no update is found, no channel added. what am i doing wrong here. I can get it to work with Graphedit and vlc no problems.

Attached is the TV log when scanning occurs.

Sorry forgot to add, stream is outputted as H264

    Read elecard stream decoder manual.
Open m3u file, copy server/port line (elecard...)
Run windows mediaplayer, file->openurl, paste line.
If mediaPlayer will not show video, go back to elecard manual.

well, this has got me, tried every option the Elecard manual offered and what I could get working in Media Player, still did not work with the TVServer.

    url used was

    elecard://233.29.121.27:1234/udp

My setup is RC3 (no SVN) and TVServer is a standalone (No MP INstalled on Server). I still cannot get it t tune the channel. I am trying just one for now to prove the concept....frustrating.

Please make sure your firewall is disabled before scanning

firewall is disabled. to confirm, when I click on Windows firewall, message appears saying the service is not even started.
