All of you that have any problems, please post your log files, I cannot help you without it.

For VLC, I know that I can select network interface for streaming (server), but I cannot select network interface for playing (client)

i'm suprised at this, found in the log file: FTA:False <-- this could be the problem?
in the *.m3u file are only FTA channels. they all working with vlc pretty good.

Something off-topic: Can you or other people make VLC player working with two network interfaces? I cannot play IPTV or receive SAP announcements because I cannot select network interface to work with. Can someone help me? I think it must be somewhere

The way I do this is to set static ip on both the LAN network card and the "IPTV" network card. Then I have no gateway on the IPTV card. And finaly you have to set a higer metric value on the LAN card then on the IPTV card. (see image)

first error is that it reports channel TV1000 Drama scrambled and it not
next error is canal+ action just freez up

I've followed some tutorials on how to watch croatian provider MAXTv on a PC and all of them specify that your PC network interface needs to have the same IP and MAC address of the set top box supplied by ISP and that aceessing internet was not possible on this interface. I never saw that mentioned in this topic. Do I need to add another interface to be able to watch TV and surf the net at the same time.

I've seem in some forums that people need to do this. (spoof the ip/mac address) Guess it depends on the ISP.. With my provider I just route the tv-signal through a switch and then I can watch TV on how many computers I want, and the TV simultaneously. One network card for inet, and one for tv

there are differences between providers. Some of them can enable your mac address so you can watch channels without changing mac address. But still you need second network adapter if iptv is broadcasted in different network than internet

your iptv setup is not working properly - channel scanner returns 0 channels. Try to disable firewall, or run vlc, start streaming and try to scan channels while vlc is running
