Hi.
Right atm the team is working on Trakt integration. As you can use Trakt together with follw.it on MP1 and follw.it did not work reliable on XBMC I think this is a good choice also personally I prefer follw.it too, it's easier to use and understand as Trakt has too much not needed (imho) options. But to have trakt is more "universal" so I'm happy with... Maybe later this will be extended to cooperate with follw.it too (did not know, just a wish)

Ok, thanks much. I will look into the instructions above. For the moment, I turned off the "Automatic channel logo update" in Settings (which somehow I had missed, I think because it wasn't an option previously), and the deleted everything in the Flat-default folder and populated it with my own logos.
