Was a tad bored today and tried out StreamedMP skin...lacked 4TR support so some what curtailed the experiance so created the required files.

Hi, I've used FTR 1.3 just a bit, and I've a simple question:

It's possible to include in FTR also channels not present in TVGuide? I've (let's use some numbers to clarify) 50% of channels covered in TV Guide, and 50% of channels without any guide, but I'd like to see them also. From what I've seen, those without guide aren't included in FTR, and not visibile anymore in the TV Section.

Does any workaround exist?

Simply create the extra channels you need manually using the Management Console (TV Channels panel) and make sure they are linked to the correct TV server channel.

i testet 4tr recently, and actually everything is working great.... but.... (there is always a but, hmm)

I noticed that the miniepg and timlineepg is really slow on my system with 4tr. It takes about 2 seconds to show up, while the TV picture is simply hanging, and only going on when the epg is loaded. BTW. Local PC/server and remote PC behave the same.

Is there something I could do about this, because in MP "classic" everything is showing lighning fast, and I don't think my system is too slow....

Do you have one long "All Channels" list, or do you use channel groups to group your favorites together? Using groups is highly recommended and will be much faster.

MP also typically uses groups after a normal scan so perhaps that why it used to be so much faster for you before?

I have sorted the same channels into same groups like in MP, I noticed that groups with only a few channels are opening quite fast, never the less, the same group (e.g. My Channels~ 40 channels) is taking pretty long like I stated before...
