Re: AW: For The Record 1.5

I installed it without guide.
I checked alloptions morethan one time.[/quite]
Did you at least read the guide?

Are your channels properly linked? Sounds like the most logical reason for your problem.

The channels are linked - the channels i need.
Now, i don't know why, the "No Card found ..." Bug is away, but the next problem is, that MediaPortal didn't write the *.ts files to the hard disk.
I stored D:\ to save tv records in, but he only creates the folders and didn't write the recorded files there.

Did you try the Test Shares button when configuring your recorder/tuner? Ask for some help on our forum otherwise...

    That was the error ;)
I had an " " (Space) in Foldername - i changed it to "TV_Aufnahmen" and now it works.

I think yesterday it was too late as i did setup the server ;)

Atm i have a problem, that TVServer didn't find out all my favourite TV Servers (Like Pro7 in german, ComedyCentral in german and so on).

I'mlooking atm to fix this, i hope i can fix it ^^

    Another question.
I hope you can help me :/

In ForTheRecord Management Console -> Channels --> Guide Channel.

How can i get all my channels which are added and saved in tvserver into that Guide Channel List ?

    Thanks very very much

I know now, that the channel guides would be created after import with clickfinder & the import tool.
    It only creates:
    ARD
    ZDF
    DMAX
    kabel1
    pro7
    rtl
    rtl2
    sat1
    vox

My question, where is the rest of my ~30 programs ? :(

    Thanks alot for helping

I do not know clickfinder but it sounds like an epg grabber to .xml

As you found out the guide channels are generated after importing the .xml guide file into FTR.

The channels you see are in the headder of the .xml file.

If you expect to see more channels, then there might be something wrong with the .xml file, or the grabber used to generate it.

Also as DVDFREAK has mentioned there is much more specific FTR help on the FTR website

Very helpful lot over there :)

Nice to hear everything is working so smoothly :)

Unfortunately, you will have to wait for teletext support in Argus, since that's not implemented yet. Teletext only works with the TV Server recorder/tuner currently.
