how do you name the Ghost whisperer series so they can be read ? se1e1 and so on?

I'm lazy and use 1x01, 1x02, 2x02, etc. this seems to be the main way of doing it on the tvdb.com website.

When I import new films using Moving Pictures, it takes an incredibly long time for the information to be found and downloaded...
