i was kind of hoping there would be some updates too, but i'm with the holidays just passing, i'm sure its been a busy time for all. i dont know what the status the on mce16x9 skin, but if there ever is a 16x9 skin 960x540 might be the way to go. very interested in the mce16x9 progress, but too impatient to wait, i tried my own for my 1280x720 dlp...and then gave what i did to a friend with a rptv with a desktop resolution at 960x540...and it didnt look very good on his tv. redoing some of my work at 960x540 obviously looked a lot better on his tv, and wasnt too bad on mine either. we passed on both resolutions to my brother using a 1920x1080 and the 960x540 also looked better there. dont know how much of that has to do with rptv's and dlps, but unless there are others willing to do several different resolutions, 960x540 seems to be the best compromise for a single 16x9 skin.
