its not possible anymore (as far as i know)
to tag 0.1.0.7 since already files have been changed,
bugs have been fixed etc

You can retrieve sources from a specific date and tag those files I believe, to set a tag for version 0.1.0.7.
With setting a label by the date you are never sure if you really had the state of 0.1.0.7. So best is to just leave as it is instead of making a label that you are not sure of if it is what you say it is.

I recently did a fresh install of 2.5 on a new Windows 11 PC. My previous (Windows 10) version of 2.5 gave my broadcast TV channel...
If it's an apartment block, it's quite likely that the LNB is something exotic that handles Sky and others. Try a different LNB frequency (and possibly the low and high frequency settings. I know little of such things, but apparently Sky is often 10750. Give it a try. Freeview is horizontally polarised.
