I just came here to ask exactly the same question. Having failed to cure jerky playback in MP, and tired of playing with codecs and refresh rates, I just want to use PowerDVD12. But the only button that seems to work from the remote when playing PDVD within MP is 'Pause'. If I launch PDVD separately I can use other buttons and have mapped 'Red' to Alt-F4 in iMon (I have IMon remote stuff and a Harmony universal). But it doesn't work if the program is launched from MP.
TMT 5.x.
1. Ensure you are opening uMCEPlayer5.exe from MediaPortal and not uTotalMediaTheatre5.exe
2. When you click 'Stop' on your MCE remote then uMCEPlayer should close automatically and take you back to MediaPortal. If not then try clicking 'Back' on the remote.
The above works fine for me with MP 1.2.3, Streamed MP and TMT 5.3

Hi.
I was probably being a bit fast and loose with my terminology. I meant "somewhere within the files that MP2 uses in its database".
Anyway, I found a way to do this which was far from automated but relatively low effort. I found what looked like all the images (CD covers, DVD covers, backgrounds etc all lumped together in...
