I downloaded the My Usenet.mpi plugin file and wondered how I install it?

My Usenet seems to be a very old plugin and I don't think it's supported by the latest MediaPortal. The installer files have since been replaced by .mpe1 files which you simply double click to install.

I have not seen that one but it is possible that after installing the 1.32 x86 version that I scanned and tested TV before installing the x64, but not sure it that would make any difference!
